Key to Success Consulting
When Founder Kasey Lammers started her career, she was driven by a desire to learn better ways to accomplish the tasks set before her. Working for both private companies as well as Fortune 500 companies, she worked her way up to a CFO position in 14 years through studying business, leadership, lean+ methodology, organization and team building.
Recognized early on, she was nominated for a Quality Control Position where she was trained in root cause analysis, process mapping, and internal controls. From there, she took her personal passion of empowering her team, knowledge sharing and transparent communication to build successful teams and provide meaningful solutions to multiple businesses.

After experiencing personal and professional success by combining all she learned about people with all she learned about business, her desire changed. Now, she seeks to share knowledge with as many businesses as possible through multiple free tools, video training, and personal business consulting.
